A few days ago when we had a lovely dry spell of weather the children and I discovered a snail on their rocker horse! They were really excited about this and so was I. So much so that I grabbed Colin's camera and snapped away. It was great to see it so close up and it was on the horse for ages!

And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.
Whenever I see a snale in my garden I think about that old song by Donovan. It went something like this: Look upon my garden it's a snail thats what it is. I tried to look up the actual words and there were so many versions I don't know which one is correct. Nice photo though.
